We are a mountain top farm in the Blue Ridge Mountains overlooking Crozet, Virginia.  We are committed to the preservation and proliferation of  Navajo-Churro Sheep, America's first sheep breed.

Our goal is to raise the Navajo Churro sheep in a natural setting with rocky terrain, diverse plants for browse, and plant medicines when neccesary.  The sheep are on pasture all year round and although we are not certified organic, our practices comply with the organic standards. We love and care for our sheep while respecting their long history of survival in harsh conditions. It is our mission to preserve this trait.

The Navajo-Churro come in all different colors and our flock includes white, tan, grey, brown, black and many in between.  Currently we have 8 different colors of wool.

The Navajo-Churro are very hearty and do well in a variety of conditions. They are protective mothers, have plenty of milk, lamb well on their own and definately are not stupid!  Our goal is to select ewes with excellent  parasite resistance, birth healthy lambs, take good care of their lambs, show good sense, and have beautiful fleeces.
